I used cooperate Affairs commission (CAC) agent portal for company registration, on 19-02-2024, the money was deducted from my account but it’s not effect on the site that i paid

I tried getting RRR ever since I made payment; even contacted Remita Checkout on their Support website which the required the credited details by Remita and I send to them including the Screenshots I received via text Message and the one on Access Bank App platform yet all to no avail (no solution).
